2010 Famille Perrin, ‘Les Christins’ Vacqueyras AOC, France
Summer is here and the BBQ season has arrived, time to dig into those reds that pair well with grilled meat. The long established and highly regarded Perrin family is always a good address to go to when seeking a red from the Southern Rhône. Protected by the Les Dentelles de Montmirail from the strong morning sun, the sub-region of Vacqueyras produces full bodied red that still exude some freshness and vibrancy.
