Australia: Cool is Hot
Australia is fondly associated with rich, full-bodied wines from warm climes but her cooler regions present an interesting twist. Discover how different Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Chardonnay are from chillier areas. You will also taste fine examples of Pinot Noir, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc that thrive in Australia’s cooler zones like Clare Valley, Frankland River and Mornington Peninsula.
